These short terms describe use of Déjà Clue and its current limits. They are informational, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.

Using the app

Déjà Clue is a local, pass-the-phone party game. Guest play is available without an account. Registration is open for account features such as friends, community decks, presets, and saved statistics.

Sharing decks

New community decks default to Public, so other signed-in players can view and use them. You can choose Friends only instead.

Share only content you have the right to share. Do not put private information about yourself or other people in decks, or use the app to post unlawful or abusive content.

Moderation and reporting tools are not available. Community decks are player-created content, not a promise that the content is accurate or suitable for your group.

Saved games and availability

A signed-in host can save a completed game for the participating accounts. That record includes player names and the cards used, including cards from friends-only decks.

Browser data can be lost when you clear site data or change devices. Do not rely on Déjà Clue as the only copy of content you want to keep. Uninterrupted service and preservation of data are not guaranteed.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes account data, shared game records, browser storage, and external services.
